~ Registration

If you are interested in registering your child in one of our programs, we encourage you to arrange for a tour or to attend our annual Open House. Please call our Assistant Director at 410-647-9168 to set up a tour time based on the class you would like to see. Tours are scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays.

Community Registration is held in February for the following school year for all programs. We also register on a space-available basis year-round. Woods CDC does not pre-screen children prior to enrollment. We welcome all children, regardless of ability or prior experience.

At the time of registration, you will be asked to sign an annual contract for the class in which you are enrolling your child. You will pay a non-refundable tuition deposit equal to one month's tuition (one-half month in Full Day), a non-refundable $175 registration fee, and a supply fee, the amount of which is based on your child’s enrollment (see chart below).

Your tuition deposit is credited back to your child's account in the last month of your program (May or June). If you leave the center prior to the end of the school year, you forfeit your tuition deposit. A portion of your supply fee may be refunded upon withdrawal, depending on the funds spent to date.

Tuition Assistance

Woods CDC has a financial assistance program supported entirely by the Local and World Ministry of Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church. Applications are available through the CDC office. Applications and support documents are due by April 18 for the following school year. Applications can be accepted during the current school year as long as funds are available.
