FEES

Tuition is paid in monthly installments and is DUE THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.

Students' absences due to illness, vacations, or holidays do not extend the due date. Late fees are invoiced for payments received after the due date and are charged per child. A continued pattern of late payments can result in your child’s dismissal from the program. 


Please remit tuition payments by check or money order payable to Woods CDC and put them in the black mailbox just inside the door of the CDC office. Some families use their bank's bill pay service, please be sure that they are dated no later than the 1st of the month and add your child’s name to the memo section of the check.


Checks returned for insufficient funds will need to be reissued and a $35 returned check fee will be assessed.


Please know that Woods CDC is a tuition-supported school and the CDC budget is based upon prompt payment of all tuition and fees.
